DockItFlo is an AI-powered docket monitoring platform built specifically for small and mid-size litigation firms. We automate the process of extracting court dates from ECF notices and putting them on your lawyers' calendars — so your team can focus on practicing law instead of manually entering deadlines.
The problem we solve
Every day, law firms receive dozens of ECF notices — from federal courts via PACER and from most state courts with standardized ECF notice systems in place. Each notice can contain multiple deadlines buried in dense legal text and PDF attachments. Someone — usually a legal administrative assistant or paralegal — has to read each one, identify every date, and manually create calendar entries. It's tedious, error-prone, and doesn't scale.
How we're different
Enterprise docketing tools assume you have a dedicated docketing department and a six-figure software budget. DockItFlo is built for firms where a single LAA monitors the docket for the entire practice. Setup takes two minutes per attorney, there's no IT configuration required, and a human stays in the loop at every step.
